'Weigh' to go P.3/4!

We have been estimating, measuring and comparing in class. We used scales, a variety of class objects and multilink to estimate, weigh and compare.

Target Practice

We are aiming to hit our learning targets in numeracy and literacy.

Be Creative

Snow is falling

It's been so cold that it's started snowing in our classroom!

Santa's little helpers are getting ready for the busiest time of the year!

Our beautiful snowglobes are on display in the foyer. Don't forget that you can win this snowman's twin - just see Mrs Swann to guess the snowman's name. This will be a great fundraiser for the school.

Winter wonderland. Soft, puffy snow was made from a mix of shaving cream and pva glue.

A great use for lolly-pop sticks.

Listen to the wise words from Elf - 'Don't be a cotton headed ninny muggins and wrap up warm this winter'.

Baby it's cold outside.

After completing procedural writing on 'How To Make Hot Chocolate', we rewarded ourselves by making some! We added whipped cream and marshmallows - perfect for a cold morning! Yummy.

Remembrance Sunday

Remembrance Day is on 11th November. It is a special day set aside to remember all those men and women who were killed during the two World Wars and during more recent wars and conflicts.
Leah and her mum wrote out this beautiful poem to honour the occasion.
